Programme Information:

Intermediate Apprenticeship

Duration: Minimum 12 months

Vocational Course: QCF Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

Functional Skills: Level 1 or GCSE Equivalent

Mode of Learning: Workplace / Classroom

ERR: Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities

Advanced Apprenticeship

Duration: Minimum 12 months

Vocational Course: QCF Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

Functional Skills: Level 2 or GCSE Equivalent

Mode of Learning: Workplace / Classroom

ERR: Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities

Entry requirements:

Intended for Apprentices aged 16 -23 who are permanently resident in the UK, there are no other formal entry requirements for these programmes. Please speak to one of our Advisers for more detail.
